Makeup is what I use, or even just pat some water on your arm and put some baby powder on them, but please make sure to clean your arm and cuts when finished. I wear fishnet gloves! You can get them with all sorts of cool designs, which both look good and can be efficient at hiding scars while still not completely overheating your arms. I usually wore ones with pretty wide holes, since at the Joe Burrow wears Sorry in Advance’s pink bear 2023 shirt it is in the first place but time, my arm was mostly faded scars. I think they’d work well, maybe with a bit smaller holes, for scratches. It wouldn’t work for very big wounds, but that would be the kind that require medical attention, so I think it’d be ok. Unless someone is staring aggressively at your arms, then I don’t think you can really hide them if they can see the skin at all :/ But yeah, I suggest fishnet gloves!

You can’t… you made a poor decision… you can’t learn to cover up those mistakes, you just have to learn to live with then and appreciate where they’ve gotten you! If you’re not getting treatment for the issues causing the self-harm, there is some possibility that s/he may suggest treatment. Whenever, I get a blood test, etc health professionals see my scars. They only occasionally comment, and then only when it’s relevant to the treatment. I wear long sleeves all the time. I don’t think there’s realistically any other way to cover them. I have tried stage makeup in the past but it does tend to come off when used on arms or legs. It might be worth giving it a go if it’s only for a short period of time. But be aware. if people notice that you’re wearing makeup on your arms, they will think it is strange and know that you are covering something. But sometimes, people use stage makeup to cover tattoos, so they won’t necessarily know that it’s self harm. Scars take around 18 months to fully fade, so you may not have this problem long term. However, if your scars are raised, they may stay raised and thus be visible. The quickest way to get rid of scars is to expose them to sunlight – easier said than done if you’re trying to hide them.
